Angela has had experience in accounting (Quickbooks), as well as licensing, business
management, etc. Her career spans over the last twenty-two years in New York and Florida.
She also serves as an additional Chef and as the Baker for Good Enuf 2 Eat, LLC. While having
no formal training or work experience in the food industry, she was raised in a traditional Puerto
Rican household whose culture consisted of educating children on cooking techniques and recipes
starting at the age of five. Her knowledge of Puerto Rican foods is versatile and by the age of ten,
she was handling the cooking for her entire family on a nightly basis. Upon venturing out on her
own, she developed a love for baking. The calmness, patience, and beauty that comes with baking
have turned into a passion for her.
